Otra Historia Club Cultural (@otrahistoriaclubcultural) is an artistic venue where music, theater, and various performances blend into unique experiences. They needed a digital platform that would streamline event management and ticket sales while being easy to use.
The Challenge
The goal was to build a responsive website with a CMS that allows real-time event updates and manages ticket sales. The platform needed to generate QR codes for each purchase and have an integrated scanning app for check-ins. We also integrated Mercado Pago for secure and efficient payment processing.
The Solution
We created a modern platform with a user-friendly UX/UI. The backend allows admins to easily create and manage events, while users can purchase tickets, receive QR codes, and scan them at the venue. The integration of Mercado Pago ensures fast and secure payments. The entire site was designed to be mobile-friendly, delivering a smooth experience across all devices.
Project Evolution
As the platform gained traction, the number of users quickly exceeded expectations. This led us to upgrade the hosting and optimize several processes, such as loading speed and overall site performance, improving the user experience without disrupting ticket sales or event promotion.
Results
Thanks to the platform’s intuitive design and functionality, Otra Historia now has a ticketing system that draws over 15,000 unique visitors monthly, with a 92.4% success rate on completed sales. The ease of use for both admins and customers has been a key factor in achieving these numbers.
